Ingredients

  • 4 cooked whole-wheat parathas or rotis
  • 200 g paneer, cut into thin strips
  • 80 g onion, thinly sliced
  • 80 g capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 15 ml cooking oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 60 g plain curd
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • 60 g Jackfruit Pickle (Kathal)

Instructions

  1. 1Chop the Jackfruit (Kathal) Pickle pieces into small bite-sized bits.
  2. 1Heat oil and sauté onion and capsicum for two minutes.
  3. 2Add paneer and a pinch of salt and cook until lightly golden.
  4. 3Turn off the heat and fold in the chopped pickle.
  5. 4Spread curd on each paratha, add the filling and coriander, then roll tightly.
  6. 5Serve immediately.

Recipe notes

Drain excess surface oil before chopping the pickle so the roll stays neat.
