Thika Lal Chilli Powder is intended for dishes where strong chilli heat is required. Its fine texture disperses quickly through gravies, marinades and dry masalas.
Use sparingly and increase gradually. Mix with a little water before adding to very hot oil when needed to reduce the risk of scorching.
Keep tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, steam and moisture. Always use a dry spoon.
