Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Ember Crest account and the personal data associated with it. This includes accounts created with email, phone, Google, Facebook, and other supported sign-in methods.

How to Request Deletion

To request account deletion, contact us through our Support page. Please include the email address or phone number linked to your account so we can verify your request.

If you signed in with Facebook, include the email address used for Facebook Login or the email address shown in your Ember Crest profile.

What We Delete

• Your customer profile, including name, email address, phone number, and saved preferences.
• Saved delivery addresses and profile details that are not required for legal or accounting records.
• Social login links associated with your account, including Facebook Login links.
• Marketing preferences connected to your account.

Data We May Retain

We may retain limited information where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or order fulfillment obligations. Retained information is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Processing Time

We will review and process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period. We may contact you for additional verification before deleting account data.

If you arrived here from Facebook with a confirmation code in the URL, your Facebook Login data deletion request has been received. Keep that confirmation code for your records.
